How to cure the burnt marks on hands?

My wife often get burnt scars on her hands while she cooks due to her hurriness and even after my request and warnings as i love her a lot i dont want her to face such aproblem and even i dont want any marks on her body,so any one here can help me by telling how to clear the marks on her hands.
