People using wrong words.

I've noticed a few times people writing things like " Is this one better THEN that one", but I haven't noticed people using than for then, is 'than' disappearing and just being replaced with then, like when Americans say they could care less when they actually mean they couldn't care less?

people are getting lazier these days. that's pretty much why. they don't proofcheck whatever they just typed, and they certainly didn't learn anything at school, what with the education system having completely failed. They don't spell, they don't use grammar, they pretty much type in leet speak. Well, |_|p y0|^$ 700 |)1p$#17. heheh.

I've noticed the "care less" thing, too. I must say that I have been guilty of it. I think people just speak, like second nature, and don't really think about the sensibility of their words. I don't think that than can really disappear from the English language. On another note, I have this ongoing thing with my mom where she pronounces words differently than I do. When she says "debt" she pronounces the "b" and I don't. When she says impotent, she stresses the "Po". I don't stress any part of the word snd my "o" could easily be mistaken for a short "a". It can be irritating when you notice peaples linguistic and grammatical differences. (Hope nobody's proofing my post)
