in the next patch the newest class is gonna be the ranger(druid/hunter)I have a friend working for blizzard who gives me info like this. also warlocks get like 5 new demons. and of course being able to get to lvl 90. I'm not gonna say the newest boss for that was sworn to secrecy srry but it is gonna be the best yet (too bad it doesnt come out until 2012) if u want to know more info or r curious post some comments.

And to add to the hesitations noted before - the next expansion should be out during the next year - seeing, as they are most likely going to announce it this years' Blizzcon.

First of all, that would be the next expansion, not the next patch. Secondly, Blizzard employees have strict non disclosure agreements. Its one thing to say your "friend" slipped some of that information, but to come right out and tell you all of that? Highly unlikely. Warlocks getting 5 new pets with the next expansion won't happen, maybe 1-2 tops if they get any new pets with the next expansion at all. I'd say the only accurate thing you mentioned about the next expansion is the level cap being raised to level 90 which would be expected with what they've done so far.

Agreed with above. There are a lot of speculations but nothing is certain apart from the level cap being raised. Warlocks getting five new pets in one go would certainly be overkill. After Blizzard released the new race of draenei/blood elf at the same time The Dark Portal was opened it was seen as a mistake to take away the focus of Outland.

Sorry to burst your bubble man but the next expansion is going to be Cataclysm. The new boss is Deathwing and there are speculations that Azshara will be a boss there as well. Also, there aren't any rangers in that Expansion. The new thing about that xpac is the 2 new races - Goblins and Worgens. Goblins for the Horde and Worgen for the Alliance. Also, the level limit would be 85 and not 90. I guess this proves 1 of 2 things, either you're lying, or you really don't have a friend working for blizzard.

Thank you for the info. I myself am a big WOW fan I play all the time and enjoy it very much. I like the idea of the new touches to the game it will be extremely interesting to see. Unfortunately to bad it wont be out until 2012 but there is plenty of game to play until then. I appreciate your discussion very much and thanks again.

Personally I think a shapeshifting guy with a pet will seem kinda over powered. Just kidding, I AM sure, which is why I doubt it. Well, of course the level cap will be raised to make grinding to the cap even harder for us. The next addition to the warcraft franchise should be something like warcraft 4, seeing as how all the conflicts from warcraft 3 were resolved, and with the release of starcraft 2, they're free for a new real-time strategy.
