For me, if their family don't have money, the children may help their parents, if it doesn't lose studying. Then do you think like me or not??

If the money is not the issue, I might not want my children to do part time job. Study is not easy, if they need to work some more, they can not concentrate their study, worry will make thing worst. If the family having financial problems, then no choice children have to help parents. But if possible, let the students work during the holidays.

It depends quite a lot on personal beliefs and it is different in every distinct situation. I would feel that it is not a bad thing to let the child suffer some hardship. It would also test their ability of balancing work and studies, training them for more complicated juggling for the working society in the future.
Helping their parents out is always good. This is a part of filial piety and children have to play a role in helping their parents to solve some problems, for this case, financially.
