What should I eat before I go to bed?

I always get very hungry in the night, and just before the time for me to go to bed, I become even more hungry. I am really very headache about it. Because I know that I should not eat anything in the night, it is bad for health, especially when I am going to sleep, but I am just hungry, very hungry. Then what should I eat at this time? Is there some food is OK for me to eat before go to bed?

I would try drinking an extra glass of water before you go to bed. You may have to get up touse the bathroom in the middle of the night or rush in the morning, but you dont have to worry about the extra calories!
If you are just worried about eating before going to sleep, dont! There is nothing wrong with a small snack a short time before sleeping. It has no ill affects on your health! The myth started because people were eating too much food and gaining weight. That was only because they were eating too much and had nothing to do with what or when they were eating it!
If you are hunry, eat! There is a reason your body tells you that you are hungry! Just make sure you are listening to the signals probably and you are actually hungry and it isnt something else.

Eat somethink before sleep is not so good idea. Yes, derlilaStern give you a good idea. Dring extra glass of water. Your organizm having full and you haven't to want any food. But if you don't care your health you can do that whatever you want. I'm a old man, so my life is almoust over. So I eat before bed and go then sleep.

A mug of clear broth will not make you fat but it´s a good comforting drink. It´s warm , you drink it using both of your hands as to caress the mug and the protein in the broth will take your headache away.

It can actually help you sleep better if you eat cookies and drink milk right before going to bed! The milk will help you fall asleep, and by eating carbs along with the milk, it will help the milk work faster! I wouldn't recommend eating a full meal before bed, but a snack should be fine! And if you ever have trouble sleeping, a high carb snack along with a glass of milk should do the trick!

I believed eat before bed is make your become more fat. That's reason, I am not join people asking for supper. They always eat started on 10 or 11 night. Normally, I just drink water and tried to get sleep. If it's difficult to sleep, just walking around or open mylot or read a easy book.
