Hello My fellow My lotters,
I have seen People using the F word like crazy nowadays!!!
They use it so often that, there is not even one sentence without it.
What do you think about the usage of the F - Word?? Is it cool??? Or is it very very immature and impolite?
Do share your views with us all on this Topic!
Cheers and have a nice Day.

yeah it has become quite disgusting. I don't care for that word at all and find it very vulgar. It's just so nasty and crude.

It takes a pretty extreme situation for me to use it. I don't really like to use it or to hear it so casually.

Hey!
I don't say it when just talking to people. Maybe when I am upset by something it will just slip out. I was at a ballgame and climbing over my set and fell thru the chair and the first word out of my mouth was oh f***!!!!! And I looked around and there were kids and I felt bad. So, that is the only time when something out of the blue happens. I am trying to say damn or just F !!! HA!

Well , thats totally uncontrolled and not your fault anyway!
It's just that we keep hearing it all around all the time and thats the reason why the first word that comes to our mind is this when something unexpected happens or we are surprised or shocked or when we are really angry and frustrated!
Cheers and hapy my lotting!

Well I consider the F word or any other swear for that matter to be more immature rather being rude...
It does come in my mouth too but I usually use "fish" to avoid it...
But sometimes it does come outta my lips. But those are the moments that require its use and it just gives more effect to the whole thing !!!

It implies your lack of vocabulary which means you have nothing better or apt to say to give vent to your frustration, anger etc. When uttered in company of your friends who are used to it maybe ok . But the usage of this word is kind of intoxicating and might accidentally slip out of one's tongue when it is improper . So it is better in my opinion to abstain from using these words .

Rightly said pal,
You just cannot refrain from using it if you are a frequent user of the word!

It is a very nasty habit, using the F word frequently. My ex was one of those tough, rocker type of guys who found it necessary to use the F word in almost every sentence, most of the compliments he gave me even had F'ing added in like "oh you are so f'ing adorable" etc....and so it rubbed off on me so for a long time, I had a bad potty mouth . But then I left him ,and started dating my current boyfriend and so gradually, my mouth has improved dramtically....I only drop the F bomb when I'm angry or tipsy or drunk .

Oh ,
Sure it is a very nasty habit and to hear someone using it so frequently is very irritating. Anyways you get used to it sometimes when it is used that many times!!

i'm actually better at not dropping f-bombs than i used to be.
i really only do it now when i'm extremely angry by something.
i know what you mean though,i've overheard people in public where it's every other word.

I don't like that F-word a lot. I used to hear that to most people like in the US. But for me I think it is impolite or reflects your behavior if you use that word frequently. If someone hears it they may think that you are not behave or raised in somewhat weird condition! LOL!

I don't use it anytime. I may use it when I am alone, playing some game and failed in it. I find many hollywood actors using it in movies mostly, neither of my friends (boys) use it in a group with females. They may use it in their group of boys.
And the desire to use this word comes only when you hear someone else using it frequently, you get used to hearing it and you yourself start using it. It is not cool at all and does not indicate a well mannered personality.

Yeah you are right pal! Kids are the ones who pick up this nasty word from Grown ups and think that it is cool because the grown ups use it often. Also the movie stars using it a lot gets their attention most of the times!
Cheers and Happy my lotting.

I dont think it is cool! I think it is shameful on the user it self. It potrays the user as being uneducated and immoral. If you are well mannered, it shows through your daily actions. And if your daily actions requires a lot of that F word, you are definitely not a fine man/woman. I use a four letter word often, but that word is LOVE. Spread LOVE and be happy!

Hi, yes I have seen people using this 4 letter word every now and then for no reason. As you say it shows how immature and characterless they are when they use it knowingly. They may probably think they are great and feel very proud on using it but they lose their self respect immediately on using it and one pays no heed to him due to his impolite behaviour.

Hi yogambal,
Rightly said pal. Can you imagine? Using Foul language to the maximum extent, thinking of themselves as some super human beings and then they say they cannot understand why people just ignore and hate them! Ha.

Hello gamesurfer,
I think it is really not a cool thing to say. I find it rude and very immature if each and every sentence you need to use the F word. I don't use and never intend to use and even when I am angry, that will not even in the list of words I think of using, just to show my anger.

I don't think it is cool. I don't use any bad words. It is how I am treated at home. My dad use a lot of bad words and my mom hates it. My mom's father is a priest and he never allowed children or anybody to use bad words. So, inspite of my dad being using, my mom passed his father's instruction to us.

I try not to curse as a general rule. To me overusing these type of expletives really takes away from your emotion when you do mean it. I would also like to think that my vocabulary is big enough to where I could come up with some other words that could replace these words and still convey whatever I wanted to say. I find that when someone curses a great deal in the conversation, i start to tune them out. It's really not what I want to hear.

No, I haven't said that word for a long time. I don't think it's cool when people say the f word, it just shows that they haven't matured yet and I think it's very impolite. When I hear that word, I get offended. People that say that word usually sound angry and violent.
