how to send money from india?

i want to add funds to my alertpay or paypal account.as i am from INDIA.i cant send through a credit card as i dont have one.i cant send a money order as western union and moneygram limited to only receive in my country. * IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND MONEY THROUGH MONEYGRAM AGENT FROM INDIA? * THE ONLY OPTION LEFT IS BANK WIRE,DOES BANKS(MY BANK IS SOUTH INDIAN BANK) IN INDIA HAS BANKWIRE FACILITY TO SEND FUNDS OUTSIDE INDIA? * WHAT OPTIONS DO YOU SUGGEST?

See in India you can't send money using western union or money gram or bank wires etc. These are all limited to only receive not to send. If you try more for it, it's just waste of time. Nothing you are going to get. I too had the same problem as you. And my friend helped me. If you want to add funds to your paypal or alertpay account, I can suggest you the easy way. Here I introduce you a mylot member chimrani. He's my friend. He is also from India. You can contact him posting a message or responding to his discussions. Okay? Or just e-mail to online2india@gmail.com. He has some online friend and he'll do the work for you funding your alertpay or paypal accounts. And he charges you a little amount for using his services.
