Niagara Falls! Totally awesome!

I haven't been there since childhood. I always loved the sound of the water rushing over the falls. Truely amazing the sight, sound and power of Niagra Falls etc. Of course I love taking photos etc of everything as you know. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Everything in cali was a great photo for me lol. But i would love to see these falls as well it is on my list i hope the hubby takes me some day soon.

That was an amazing photo. I was visiting Niagara Falls when a kid with my father. I remember the rush of the water but not much else. Think I was about 4. We had been to Maine to visit his family and stopped by New York on the way home. I can also recall seeing the Empire State Buiding. It was so many years ago that my memory can't recall the details. When I think of Niagara Falls I think of the guy who went over the falls in a barrel.

I have never been to Niagara falls, however, I have read many articles/stories about it and I understand that it is an exceptional and unique water fall. You appear very lucky that you could visit this fall. I also wish that one day I could also see this fall.

Glad u had the chance to do this, Jill. As everyone knows i'm not a traveler. I do have a necklace & earring set that my grandmother bought from there when they visited when i was a kid. IT is made of coral & i wouldn't take anything for it. I have never been much a photographer either. Come to think about it i guess i am a very dull person.

I love Niagara Falls! My family used to drive every summer from Massachusetts to Michigan and we would always stop for a night or two in Niagara Falls. Every year we would go on a ride, or do some sort of sight-seeing, so it never got overwhelming and touristy, but eventually we got to do everything there. My favorites are the Maid of the Mist and the one (I forget what it's called) where you go on platforms and stairs leading up to the American falls. I love both of them because you get so wet and it doesn't matter, because there's just so much water in the air that everyone's wet and it's so beautiful.

To me Niagara Falls is one of the wonders of the world. I was there once, and also took a boat ride close to the Falls. Took many pictures of the Falls and the downstream side. It was pretty scary too when the boat got closer ! But, it was an amazing experience !

Hi friend, I went to Nigara Falls last year.It is really a good place where one can enjoy.The nature view is absolutely good.The cave of the wind is also good to look at it.It is a place which every one should see and enjoy.I took video's and photo's of the Nigara Falls and kept in my album too.It would be a good vacation trip for the person who doesn't see till now. Hey jill! I've been to Niagra Falls quite a few times and never took any pictures! I've been on both sides of the Falls, the New York Side and the Canadian Side! I have even walked down and been up close and gotten really wet! I love the Falls. I love them in the day time and night time! They are just beautiful! I am not a camera person, so hence the no photos! I have been to Canada about six times and everytime I went I stopped at the Falls! It is so incredible to look at from both sides! Which side were you on?

The Niagara Falls is on my wish list too. I have neer been pne to take many photographs but am taking photos of the twins like crazy now as they will soon be gone. I am so glad that you saw it and had a great vacation too.

Wow, you made a vacation at Niagara Falls?... You have just made me jealous jillhill... That's a great spot i like to visit if had enough money to effort me to be there... Of course i will snap a lot of picture if i was there...

i haven't a chance to see this magnficent scene .but i see the most beutiful scene int world. thai is the sence of jiuzhaigou in china. if you go there ,i would inebriety into the faiyland.

I would love to go there! Problem is I may not come back...lol. It is too beautiful for words :)

I always wanted to visit Niagara Falls. I wished that when I went to the Grand Canyong years ago I would have taken pictures. But I did get a picture of the Sydney Opera House in Australia, and I had always wanted to see it in person.

I agree with you totally, I used to drive a charter bus and the first time I went there I could not believe what I was seeing. I was so impressed I took my mom there so she could see them.

Not a thing but a person. I was 18 and he was my favorite actor and he was right beside me, having one arm on my shoulders and having our pictures taken. He was so cute...I had to pinch his face to see if it's real....It was good he didn't throw me out for what I did, and those pictures were treasured by me.

Here I can know about you that you are a nature lover. Niagara falls is great to see. But I never had seen. And I would love to see just like any nature lover does. I wait for the opportunity to come. Taking photos, I am not interested in that. Rather I would like to cover it in my heart camera permanently.
