Many of us wants to keep our figure to be nice, and don't want to get another ounce of meat put on your body. But sometimes, you don't aware that you might gain a little bit of weight, that is normal. But what if you are too concern about your weight, would you be freaked out, if someone commented in front of your face that you gain weight recently? Would you instantly stop eating what you thought to be the perpetrator of your fat body? Or would you go through the scale to see what if it is a truth? Some girls really do that. It might take a while again to get back to the nice figure shape.

Dear Clrissa
You have a good point in your post. But sad to say you are very hyper sensitive to others' comment! We don't live by the comments of other. As long as you are healthy and kicking why should you worry too much. If friends are so insensitive to your feelings why do we keep them as friends anyway. We don't need tons and tone of friends. Being spread to thin with friends can be overbearing. So my take is that love those who love you. OK? Thanks! Bro. Joe. GBU

Dear Clorissa
Nice sharing if I may say so! But the real issue facing you is whether your are excessively responsive to the unfounded comments of others? Are you living according to the wishes of others? Are you a slave to live the life people 'instruct' you to say or do? What is important is: Are you happy with yourself now? Weight problem becomes a inferior complex issues if you are obsessed with your body. First and foremost strive to be healthy and strong. Learn progressively to live a life that most naturally thin people think and do. Remember you have to live with your body every second, every minute and every year of your life until you are called 'home' to the Lord. Hence, eat wisely and exercise well.Sorry! This is what I can offer now. Should you need more tips, please continue this thread. OK? Love: Bro. Joe. GBU Thanks!

I had been struggling for weight loss since long back.I do exercise, dieting, meditation and what not. It's a kind of punishment for me since more than half of the day i am just planning what to eat and what not to eat leaving very few time for myself to enjoy. When there is a slight decrease in my weighing scale i am the happiest person you can ever see.For a person who is really working hard should be supported now and then to keep up the dedication...but there are few people on earth who don't really seem to understand my struggle. These people are the ones who keep on giving advises on weight loss.I get very frustrated sometimes, why on earth do they exist.

i think i'm so used to that would it doesn't bother me anymore. i don't know but every time i see people that i haven't seen for years they always say i gained weight. and truly i did. when i was younger, i had a good body. i wasn't overweight, yet i wasn't skinny too. however, i have been lazy in taking care of my body so i gained some extra pounds. now, i'm making effort to loose weight. i bought a bike so that i'll have regular exercise. it feels really good if you are doing something to get in shape. it's an added bonus if you enjoy doing it too.

I wouldnt mind too much if someone said i gained weight. Now if they told me i was super fat and needed to hop on a treadmill, then i might get a little touchy. My husband said that i need to gain weight because i look like an ethiopian. Everyone else says im not that skinny, but i could gain a few pounds. When i had my daughter, i dropped a lot of weight really fast. I didnt even exercise, it just kind of fell off of me. I think if i was overweight i would be happy. I would maybe have some curves then haha. I was the one in high school that got made fun of for being flat chested and having no butt. At least the big girls didnt have to worry about that. They got more dates then i did. And at least when you have a few extra pounds, you can lose them easier than putting them back on. At least for me anyways. Its so hard to gain weight. Ive tried, my metabolism is just too fast. I have to eat every 2 hours just to keep my blood sugar up.
