When i am sad i tend to stay away from people and shut my self off as much as i can as that way no one asks too many questions that i would not want to answer.I also try to think of all the nice things that i have done or something that i will be doing in the near future that way i tend to chill and think things will only get better as they can not get any worse.Happy Mylotting.

For me, whenever I am sad, I will cry I am so easy crying person, but that's me! I would lock myself in the room cry out loud.After crying, I will be feeling better and then try to solve the problems easily.

One way I do to ease sadness is to practise "Yoga" meditation. That keeps the sadness away, and after a certain time, sadness disappears. I find the practise of "Yoga" meditation to be a very good way for physical and mental peace and calmness.

I usually get depressed and cry. Probably not the best way to handle things. Sometimse just laughing helps. It just depends how sad I really am.

I usually try a lot of things to fight sadness or loneliness. If i am good in window shopping, i will just go there and stay in the mall. But i think it will hurt wallet more because when someone is sad, she or he will like to buy just to satisfy herself and forget the sadness.
Sometimes i will just make myself happy by grabbing foods that i really like to eat. Its usually fastfood foods, thus it makes me gain more weight when im so depressed.
When i want a chat mate, i will just go to my friend and i will share my problems if i cant take it anymore.
I also write my problems in my personal notebook before sleep time.
When its too much sadness, i scream in the pillow. Making a bit noise, my mouth in the pillow while feeling screaming out loud the problems.
I also watch comedy movies, or just play an exercise video and ill exercise it.

I listen to music, watch tv, go online, whatever that helps me forget my sadness. Sometimes I do try to sleep over it.

When I am sad, I blog. I am a blogger so I pen down my thoughts and journey. My happiness and my sadness. After I blog, I always get a little bit cheerful and once supports come in the form of comments in my blog, I always get better! :)
