Have you traveled anywhere in the last month or so?

A few weeks ago I got back from my holiday to Noumea the capital of New Caledonia a French island located in the South Pacific. I had a wonderful time and was impressed with the sandy white beaches and clear blue water. It was also wonderful to get a break from the cold of the New Zealand winter and enjoy a few days in the sun. I also loved the islands unique blend of Polynesian and French cultures. Polynesian beaches and French cuisine and language. I can't complain.

My wife just got back from Phoenix on Sunday. We were visiting her brother so he showed us around. He lives just blocks away from the Fasion Square mall so we spent quite a bit of time there with hot weather. We enjoyed climbing Camel Back Mountain. I didn't know what to expect but it was quite challenging. The view however was worth it. You could see the whole valley.

I haven't traveled since April. We went to Daytona Beach for vacation:) I will be traveling again this Saturday. My family is going to Ocean City, Maryland for a week at the beach. It will be so nice to get away.

Since I was in the Marine Corps for more than 21 years, I have traveled and lived all over the world. I haven't done much traveling in recent years, but I did have cause to travel home to NH last month when my mother passed (I'm living in Ohio now).

Last time I traveled was in February, I went to Brussels, Belgium. Now I'll be going on a holiday to Scotland in August, we have a wedding as well and will go to a U2 concert. I really need this holiday and am waiting eagerly for it. Have a nice holiday jack! Enjoy

I've actually done A LOT of traveling this summer!! At the end of June my husband and I went on our honeymoon in Florida :-) And now this week I'm heading to South Carolina for a week on the beach with my mom and my sister. I'm really looking forward to it! I love traveling. Especially when it involves a beach in the summertime. Have fun at the wedding in Ohio!

I went to Destin Florida a few months ago. (In March) It was a BLAST. We drove from Dallas TX. It was a LONG drive, but it was sooo fun. I love the road trip and I love the beach even more.
