eating mostly raw foods helps. look up raw foodism, you can find a lot of great meals...
i also work out with a kattle bell, it takes very little time and gives great results.

I would recommend doing sit ups (lie on you back with your knees bent, using the muscles in your stomach pull yourself up until you can touch you toes, lie back down). The trick with this one is to do it very slowly. If you do it quick then you do not use the muscles properly and do not get the full effect of the sit up. Try to aim for about 20-30 for the first time and then increase in intervals of ten. Eventually you can work up to about one hundred sit ups in one day. Take 30 second breaks in between rounds and do it every day. It will be slow but it will pay off in the end. Good luck and happy mylotting!
