I believe the most important thing in a relationship is trust. This is because without it a relationship cant survive. If your better half lies to you you don't trust them therefore your always thinking that they are lieing. And if your better half is telling the truth then they are mad at you for not believeing them. For example if your better half cheats on you (which is a form of lieing)and you say you forgive them even after that if they just go to the store your wondering if that is really where they are at. And if they really were there and you question it they will think you are crazy even if you say well you cheated on me so I was worried. That reason may work for a little while but soon your better half will give up and so will you. What do you think the most important thing in a relationship is?

I agree with you to the only thing is that communication is pointless if your dealing with a liar.

Hi there i will agree to you that "trust" is the one important in any relationship. Like for example i am here and my hubby was working abroad. We just communicate through texting and chatting here. I give my trust to him and he also do that for me. I believe its the keys why we are still here and now we have one daughter already. Even before we known each other he was in abroad already and until now we have our own daughter. So i guess trust is the one makes us our relationship lasts. Good communication also another factor to a healthy relationship. Well goodluck to all your relationship especially to those who are struggle for long distance relationship like me.
Keep on posting good discussion
And happy mylotting.

That is awesome. Congrats. I have never been in a long distance relationship and I am not sure if I could do it because I think I would get lonely or untrusting. I think I am just needy. lol But if you can do it more power to you and I hope one day the two of you celebrate you 50th anniversary!
