Hi,
China as i have business connections there, I know is a place where bargaining is must. People in china are good and hard working and very flexible in business culture. They quote some thing high and can give you the thing in very cheap rate.
Americans on the other hand is now becoming a country where they were fooled by their own people. They elected a President and he fooled one and all. So a lot of my American friends are in sorry state. The thing which i dont understand about them is they dont like to admit they Yes they made a mistake.
Over the years I have made some wonderful friends from USA and they are very kind hearted people and most importantly they like to give importance to Talent. Only they need to understand that other countries are emerging fast like India and China. And their dominance wont be there in the world if they keep electing an Idiot as a president.
Cheers,
Tutul

there are a lot of differences in chinese and americans, first in culture, skin and hair colors and heights. chinese are collectivist they have higher value placed on group cooperation and individual modesty, while americans are individualist they have a higher value place in self reliance, self promotion is more accepted. high value place freedom from externally imposed constrainst. the products of china is much cheaper if you compare to america but i would rather choose american products due to its safety because i heard and watch a lot of their negative issues of china's products, a lot of products recall and import bans because of its fail safety inspections, products contained chemicals that could pose serious health risk to children. although both of them are really hardworker they are different. although in relationship with people i rather choose chinese because they maintain a harmonious relationship has prioruty over accomplishing tasks while americans are task oriented. relationships are less important than getting the work done but they are willing to comfront directlym, criticize, discuss controversial topics, while chinese avoiding direct confrontation, open criticism and controversial topics.
