If your talking about guitarist then i'd have to say Dave gilmour for feeling and Zakk Wylde For speed and technique. Vocalist id have to say Robert plant.

Not sure what lead you are referring to so I'll offer two. Lead Singer: Ronnie James Dio, that dude has amazing range and he's such a showman. Lead Guitarist: George Lynch, love his work.
