Just as everything happens for a reason every problem has a solution, we need to look harder to find it.
Peace and non-violence is not outdated. There are many people who desire somethings more than peace. They are responsible for so much violence around the world. You are sure to find one such person in almost every locality, town or city. The worst thing is that there are millions of people who want peace through non-violence, but they do very little to help others achieve that goal.
Peace can never exist in this world unless people come together as one.

Todays generation or there are some people who tend to spread voilence just to state that their religion doed exist in the world. Such type of violence should be stopped in exactly the oppposite way i.e non-violence.
Because violence cannot stop violence, rather it will lead to destruction of mankind.

Now that's what I call an interesting, and sensible discussion. Even I think that peace and non-violence are outdated concept. The upcoming generation of the world is impatient, aggressive and concepts like peace, brotherhood, non-violence are alien to them.
It was just yesterday when I witnessed two people fighting, or rather bickering. Their was no serious cause, and I felt really bad of them to make such a pity thing an issue. You know what the issue was? One person made fun of a celebrity, which came to be the favorite one of the other.
I mean, the other could have peacefully told him to shut up, but rather he slapped him. Now fighting for someone who doesn't even care about you, or know you, is outright indecent. God save the world now!
