Help about traffic exchange

Most of the traffic exchange sites I know have that irritating frames with timers where after the timer goes to 0 I need to click the correct image to resume visiting sites.It is quite boring so I was searching for traffic exchange sites where these is no frames and sites just rotate automatically without any frame,can you find one of such traffic exchange site for me?
