Converting youtube music to mp3

Anyone out there know the best way to convert a youtube piece to mp3?
I have a new car that allows me to play mp3 and I want so much to convert some music and make a compilation of my favourite!
Nothing like cool music you can sing along to while you work out the jam on the way to office!

The youtube converter i know that i am currently using is imyoutube video converter. It works for me but i am not registered so it expired, but i feel its
