What do you do to relax?

I like to take a nice hot shower without any interuptions. lol. Then i like to curl up with a new book, or magazine that I haven't read. Sometimes I like to just sit on my front porch, and relax. Just take everything in. What do you like to do whenever you relax?

if I want to relax, I sleep on the mattress while watching a TV program is funny. So I can laugh and I feel relaxed. before that, I eat snack and drink a milk.

Nothing wrong with any of that...sometimes its nice just to lay down and relax to a good tv show. Happy mylotting.

A long hot bath, sometimes I use lavender to relax, lighting a candle, or reading a new book. And sometimes I even meditate.

I have actually never tried meditating, I think I might try it and see how it works for me. Nothing wrong with trying something new. :)

I relax by reading anything that I can get hold of while listening to soothing instrumental music.

My favorite way for relaxation is to listen to classical music. That's waht i do every evening after I get back home from work. I have a collection of classical music CDs, Chopin, Strauss, Beethoven, and more, and also classicals of other countries. Oh, so smooth and relaxing !

I use to listen to classical music alot when I was pregnant, it was very relaxing. I haven't really listened to it in a while. I think that it is really relaxing though. Thanks for the response.

I like driving and shop, good deals make happy and relieved. Of course there is side effect. I Always have to go back again next weekend to return some of them. Sometimes , My house is not enough for some many stuffs together.

Shopping is always nice to. When you can just take a leisure trip and go shopping. That sounds like a nice way to relax.

To relax I love laying on the grass and just look at the clouds in the sky or close my eyes and just listen to the brids around me.. Sometimes I relax playing my guitar sitting somewhere high, like my rooftop xD

Laying around outside is very relaxing. Sadly I never get much peace when I do that since I have to dogs that love to play lol. But it is nice just to watch the clouds go by. thanks.
