Is there any website that provide tutorial guideline or grammar rules for you to learn Spanish? I meant those websites must be free of charge. I don't want to pay a load some of money for something that might turn out to be scam. Is there any?

You could check out http://www.buddyschool.com to deal with actual tutors. Some tutors charge while others help you absolutely free. Should help you out, hopefully!

There is a website that helps study spanish. There are tutorials, verb drills, and a word a day email that can be pretty useful. www.studyspanish.com is a great way to learn and practice spanish in a class you might already be taking. There are different levels that you can begin with as well as ways of improving your conversational skills.
