Do you like to exercise by WALKING or JOGGING???

I am the walk person. I dont jog. I heard jogging is not good for the joints and with all the body parts jiggling up and down, I know it wont be good! Haha. I walk, very very fast, but not to the extend of jogging.

I like walking. usually every morning, I am walking to traditional market to buy some fruit. When go to market I exercise too, cause I can feel fresh oxygen when morning day.

I like both, if I don't feel like sweating a lot or moving around much, then I'll just be walking. But it can be boring if you do it too often.

Jogging is very much my favorite way of excercise. There is a very nice park not too far from where I am living. So, every evening and over the weekends, when the weather is favorable, I would go out and enjoy jogging for about half-an-hour. That's very refreshing after a long day's stressful work. When the weather is not so good, I just stay home or juat take a walk.

walking then jogging. Walking is usually used when you're going to warm up then afterwards, i use to jog. Jogging is a nice cardio work out.Ü

I don't like Jogging for the moment because i get tired easily, i walked for almost two kilometers from our house to my brother's in another Subdivision. i do that every morning but i did twice on the after noon and it was so hot damn! i forgot to bring my umbrella back then, so i felt like roast when i got home.
