Many of us wanted a change to our weight. For those too skinny and slim people, they wanted to gain weight. For those overweight and fat people, they wanted to lose weight. While there are also people who doesn't to either gain or lose their weight, they are already contented on their body, that's why they just wanted to maintain their weight. If you are one of those who wanted a change to their weight, what would it be, gain or lose? And how much of it would you like? If you would succeed in the change, what would you feel? Would be more confident now?
Me I am quite satisfied with my weight now. I'm not slim and I'm not fat as well, I just have an average weight, medium built. How about you? What do you want? To gain, to lose, or to maintain your weight?

I actually want to lose some fat off of my body but gain more muscle. I mean im not really fat but right now I have fat around my abdominal and gluts that kinda make it hard to see the muscle underneath. It only looks like I have a four pack because of the fat on my abs and sometimes my gluts can make me look fatter than I am because I have quiet a bit of muscle there with some fat. Though everything else on me is pretty much toned and I do get compliments from people saying I look really good. I just want to be as physically fit as possible.

Yes being physically fit is really good. It can attract opposite gender and most likely to get compliments. I guess what solution to your problem is to keep your stomach in. Lol! I'm just kidding. Actually that's also a problem to me, my belly is becoming visible even with shirt. Lol! Well I know we just need some sit-ups, it help us to flatten our stomach. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

You can just jog and try to lose some water weight or some belly fat. Just sit-up with out some cardio is bad for the heart which leads to heavy breathing and I think you get the picture.
Try to just jog a little around the living room or stand on one leg and try to bend as low as possible and work your way down as you progress.
Simple movements can help you a lot then the passive positions like sitting, relaxing back, and you can picture many still moments.
Consistant and stable movements can help you stay healthy, fit, and flexable. I don't believe that just because you have a belly doesn't mean your not healthy or agile.

I see. Yes, it's only ourselves who can say if our weight is enough or not. If we are comfortable with it, meaning we feel healthy and can move comfortably, then that is the right weight. We should maintain our weight. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I definitely needed to loose weight after childbirth. It seemed that after giving birth, I packed on pounds and never seemed to loose it. Before having children, I am a size 2....and 3 children later, I am a 10. I would like to be at least size 6 or 8 but with muscles and not flab. I just need to exercise because even if am so busy around the house and seldom get a rest, exercising is still needed. I am working on it day by day, controlling what I eat. I am crossing my fingers that I will have the willpower to finish this and not resign to the idea that I might not reclaim my old frame back..:)

Yes, don't let yourself get too much bigger because it will be hard to get slim again if you are already too much big. You are doing the right job. Have time for exercise and control your intakes. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I am happy with my weight. I actually weigh a kg less than before I was pregnant. What I want to lose however, is the flab in my love handles. I just cant seem to get rid of the last couple of inches, no matter what I do. I tried sit ups, abs exercises and many more, but it just wont go away. I had to resort to wearing a lose clothes as not to show emphasis on it. I just wish I can get rid of that 2 inches once and for all!

I want to maintain my weight and even gain a little more muscle through exercise. I am very petite--100 pounds--and have never had problems with my weight. I have a very high metabolism as well, so it's very hard for me to gain weight. So if, by adding muscle, I gain weight, that would be fine with me! :)

I guess you are lucky because you are not getting fat, not like those people who easily get fat. Yes you can do exercise to gain muscles and to tone your body. Or you can also join an aerobics class or have time to go to the gym. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I would like to lose weight because I've been getting bigger and bigger. I am worried about what might happen to me when I grow older. You know that the older you are the metabolism of your body slows down also. I know that it is good to exercise and to control what you eat, but I just lack the motivation and just prefer bumming around when I have the time to do those things. I am a procrastinator and I have been trying to ward myself off to being one but still I procrastinate over and over again. I guess I should consult a psychologist or what just to alter my thoughts. I once had the motivation about 3 years ago when I was able to control myself on eating the foods I love and I also did that several months ago and it worked. But something drives me to go back to my usual habits. It is easy to say that you are willing to go on a diet, but then you are stuck with your usual habits. It's hard to resist tempting foods since there are so many delicious foods being produced and developed every now and then. I am a very curious person and I would like to taste anything that looks appealing on the outside. Not knowing that those stuff could kill me in the end.

It is really hard to achieve because temptation is everywhere. It takes motivation, focus, hardwork, patience, inspiration, and discipline to achieve your desired weight. It is really hard but it is achievable. Of course it cannot be achieve in an overnight, you really need to work for it. Good luck to you. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

Hello mark,
given today's lifestyle, when people are stuck in front of the computer systems all the time, I am sure most of the answers would be "to lose weight, to burn fat,etc"..
I am no exception and though I am not obese, I am overweight by about 5 kgs and would like to burn it off soon.

Oh yes, based on the study, people who stay in front of a computer is more likely to get fat. I think what you should do is go to the gym and make that extra fats turn into mucles. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I want to maintain my weight as it is now so I go to the gym every two or three days in a week and I do my aerobic classes just to be able to eat other stuffs which I want to. So I go to a gym to do not torture myself when seeing something I want to eat.

That is also the problem of my niece. She wanted to lose weight. That is also a dream to her. Maybe what I can say is, if you really want to lose weight and get the weight that we are targeting, we should discipline ourselves to avoid things that can make us fat. If we really like something, it can happen. Just believe. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

For years I always wanted to lose weight because when I hit 30, I started putting it on, and now I neither want to lose or gain weight. My body is the right weight for my height and build as it was when I was a teenage. So I guess, getting older has its compensations. - Derek

I want to gain some weight as I am too skinny and slim. I am becoming thinner these days. It is not a good thing to be too thin as thin people may easily get ill in comprison with those fat and strong ones. Thin people has a low physical resistance. They have to take care of themselves by taking enough nutritious food ,taking good rest and relaxing themselves.Good luck and have a nice day.

I would like to maintain my weight. I work out enough and have a decent metabolism. I have never been overweight. Even as a child I was not super chubby.
I have been working on the PCs for about 4 years now and have not really gained weight. So I hope I just continue doing what I am doing now and the weight stays off.

Well, I feel of late I have started looking very bulky, so I would like to lose some weight, say about 10kg. Actually I am quite tall and many people say I do not look very fat because of my height but I still would like to. I would be overjoyed if I really am able to lose some weight.
