Milk should be avoided

Research shows that drinking milk regularly does not cause coronary artery problems and can actually protect against poor health, say scientists. However, there are some folks out there who aren't allowed to drink milk. They say that it's bad for those who are suffering from ulcer, hyper acidity and other illness as well.
Most consumers believe that it is healthy. There is no way one can comment if this belief is true or false until you probe more. I found out that nearly all commercial pasteurized dairy (what most people refer to) is very unhealthy and should clearly be avoided.

Well, you don't need to do any elaborate research to figure out that cows milk is bad for a human. It is milk for a baby cow - not to fuel humans! People need to come to the realization that you can get your calcium and other nutrient from non-dairy sources - guess what those sources have more calcium and have more health benefit than a glass of milk!

Hi incredilble DNA, it appears that everyday something is healthy, then unhealthy the next, then healthy again. It is hard to know which to believe the the general belief is that milk is rich in calcium and good for bones. I loath the stuff myself and keep well away and take a calcium supplement instead but have always encouraged my child to drink it to promote healthy growth.
