How can I got an american bank account if i am a foreigner_

You know the mid-charge is very expensive to accept by paypal if you have not an american bank account? But i am not a american,and i am not living in USA Is there any way to got an american bank account?

Paypal account allows us to have an U.S account and we can transfer and withdraw funds into our bank in local currency through paypal.
