After 500th, there's points???, What's that??

Hi dear mylotters,
Just read in some other discussion that after reaching 500 mark , apart from uploading photos, we do get some extra points too, and earnings too increase faster after reaching that point. Is it true??
Can some senior mylotters shed some light over it!!!

Hi Nehaagra,
There is no extra points or earnings increasing faster after 500posts..I think you have read the wrong discussion..but there is an advantage you get after you reach 500posts which is that you can copy and paste anything from anywhere

And be aware that Mylot has introduced tax system where if u reach 600$ in an year you have to show your tax report..I think this varies according to country..I hope you have received that particular message from Mylot..

I don't think i will ever earn so much here. Its too slow for it. Maybe some people who are quite active at tasks, may reach something nearby, but i can't....
So i needn't worry about it..

You cannot copy and paste anything from anywhere ever! 
There are plagiarism laws which make copying and pasting the work of others an offence. Sadly many users are not aware of this and lose their accounts after they reach 500

I guess its the the uploading of pic http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq10.aspx which you could earn a little increase of points and the privilege of copy and paste. Well with this you could earn higher right so these are advantages so far as stated other than that it's not yet expressed in the pages or we have to research for that.

Hi Neha!
Once you reach 500 posts, you can use the facility of 'cut', 'copy' and paste, before that it is not permitted. You can still upload photos, even if yours posts are less than 500. Have you tried uploading photos? If you cross more than 500 posts, it does not mean that your earnings will be higher/faster. Your earnings depend upon the quality of your responses/comments. The more relevant and descriptive is your response, higher would be your earnings. Best of Luck to you!

You can give it a try and see if any of the photographs in your computer (not necessarily yours) gets uploaded on your profile page or not.

I don't understand the points thing either. As far as copying and pasting, well, Ijust don't do it. I would rather type my own views than copy and paste things that might get me into trouble. I probably never will use copy and past, not in here in anyway. Every post I have done in here has been all my own doing and I have never copied anything. As far as increase in earnings, I am not sure of that either. I would rther try to earn all the money I am making on m own. Good luck to you and hapy mylotting.

I am not a senior, but a junior but can I respond too? I've heard that by 500, we can copy and paste, that will definitely makes things easier. As for the points, I am also looking forward for the responses from the seniors. At the moment, I am working my butt out to reach the 200 mark so that I can have some smileys in my responses! :)
