Do you like Call Center job?

I would only like the Call Center job for a short time commitment. The Call Center Job is boring as you'll to do the same job over and over again. it would be better to do the Technical support Job rather than the Customer Service Job. It would not be advisable to stay in the Call Center for a long time commitment.

Is this your first job you going to do? Well, here in my nation guys and girls are joining call center jobs to earn good pocket money and enjoy their lives as they are mostly from college background. I have seen many students who left their studies because they are so much in to fun at place and having good money. I believe just having good communication skill with less of education bring you there and I prefer using my talent and intelligence rather than call center jobs.

No, I don't. I once worked at call centre, the pressure is high and you need to have a lot of patience as the one who called might not so friendly. what kind of call center you worked for? IS it selling or customer service. Anyway usually the pay for working in call center is good, so, the most important thing, don't give up when you suddenly face difficulties, don't give up. Hi merphius, I have work with pizza hut call center before. My advise for you is be prepare self especially your ear and mind. Just expecting unexpected. Sometimes out of nowhere you would be scold and cursed by unhappy customer. Even for a very small thing that you even don't know exists. In my case, it is not my fault the the meals didn't reach on time but still I have to accept the blame and say a nice thing to that customer (but never promise anything without consulting your supervisor). I even been scolded because the rider only bring small amount of ketchup for that customer. But it is a nice job and the payment also good. Good luck to you and have a nice day.
