humans nature tend to be possessive of whatever we have. we can't easily let go of someone or something because of many reasons.
Letting go for me is like moving on but people have many reasons for letting someone or something go out of his/her hand.
Why are people afraid of letting go in relationship, material things or even acceptance?

well, that is human nature isn't it. all our lives, we carve for things and keep running after them. if people develop the attributes of sacrifice, letting go, etc ...then they will become saints. it is this need and want that causes us most suffering.

Hi there Pyre!
I think that it's because generally, most people are terrified of change especially if it will greatly affect our lives. We tend to hold on to things when we get used to it or even to people. Sometimes, we are so afraid to let go without knowing that we can hold something greater than what we currently do.
