How to Start off with a Cover Letter / myLot

Its that I need to apply to a company in asking for position in that company if available, related to my B.Sc IT Degree. Regards to that, I want to know how to start off with a cover letter. Its not that I am applying for a post. So in that case how to give a title and continue with my cover letter
