Hello Mayvis! I am not sure how ebay in your country operates. I have sold a lot of stuff to ebay and I did not have to pay them even for a single dollar. All I know is that you will have to pay whenever you want to upsize the photos of your goods so they would catch more buyers; or perhaps you want your listings in bold letters; or you want your listings to be posted more than once. These are clearly indicated in their policies. If you still have questions, feel free to ask. Thanks muchos!

hello Mayvis! You just sign-up for ebay and it is free. Then you can register at Paypal with a valid email address and an existing bank account. Then after you fill out the information, you will be sent with a confirmation email. You just need to verify that email and then you will be a member already. Happy mylotting and ebaying! Ebay is a good place to earn an extra income. In fact, to some, it is their major means of living and are earning bigtime.
And oh you're from China? I am even planning to fly to China and buy goods to sell in my ebay store. hehehehehe........Good luck buddy!

Hi, in our country you just sell on ebay and you do not have to pay anything if you use just the basic tools (meaning no bold feature, no other templates, etc.). They certainly do not ask for an initial $15 fee.
