Desktop computer is probably your best option. If not the laptop, never the mobile. Mobile = no java applications, slow connections, not enough RAM for many applications, and you have to do things on a small screen... not very handy.

I think a desktop computer is better than all the rest, but all of those things have their own benefits. I prefer the desktop computer because it is more durable compared to all. It can withstand prolonged hours of downloading and using. As for the laptop, it is expensive but it has its own benefits. It is convenient because you can take it wherever you go and you can access the internet through wifi on different hotspots. The only disadvantage of it is that when you use it most often, the effect is that it would easily destroyed, the battery easily drains so you have to plug in the charger and I doubt that establishments would allow you to charge there. I don't think it's that durable. As for a mobile phone, it also has its limitations.

In my opinion, none of them is the best, because everyone has it's own pro's and con's, desktop has durability but doesn't have mobility and portability, palmtop and mobile, well, I don't have much information about them but I think they are more on mobility and portability but doesn't have much durability and the laptop is average on all aspects I think.

It all depends on what your needs are. Since you want to do business work, a computer is better than a mobile. And since its for business purposes a laptop is better than a desktop. You will be able to carry it around and make the most of it. A windows mobile phone is good but won't tend to all your business chores.
