For me....Its just a means to make money...So whats my passion...Its dance......But unfortunately to dance we need a place and thats Expensive if you know what I mean...esp when it comes to the classical form of dance that I know which creates a lot of impact on the floor...so staying in a first floor of a rented apartment, dancing there is out of question;-)...What about you...are you one of those lucky ones whose passion and career are one and the same?

My career has always been my passion. Before I became a therapist, I worked as a musician and loved every minute of it. The fact that the hours were unsocial never bothered me in the least. However, the market for musicians, started to deteriorate as technology took over and live musicians were no longer needed in such numbers, so my work went from every night, to just 2/3 nights a week. This is was not enough to bring up a young family.
My other passion then was helping others, so re-training as a therapist seemed to be the best way forward and I have loved every minute of that work which now, is even better as I approach retirement because of the Internet. - Derek

hi
pretty interesting one!
well sure the ones with both of them is a lucky one... for them their passion has turned into their career, they should me proud of it, mostly they are singers and musicians, they have a passion for music and now they have made it their career, well for the rest of us, i mean the majority of us, we tend to have a career just for making money and living a comfortable life.
