Twitter and ads....

I started one discussion about this and am more confused than ever. Would someone or would all of you that know be willing to put your info in this discussion for all of us that are so confused and are interested in learning how to make money with twitter? I know it is something about sending ads. I have questions I don't even know how to ask. LOL so maybe y'all can answer those just by talking about it to me. The questions I do know to ask are... 1. Do you make enough on twitter for the expense of monthly texting bills? 2. How do you answer these ads? 3. How do you auto-respond or what that was called? 4. How much does it cost to start this business with twitter and ads? I sure hope you know what I need to know and can explain it to me ...in detail because I am so confused.
