just don't set your initial salary too high so you could attract more companies to hire you.
you'll get a job depends of on what skills you have. The site requires you to have interviews and other requirements.
Think of it as a real job, just home based.

Do you like writing online ? If you do, take a look at "Review Stream". You can write brief reviews about a variety of topics, things you come across in your day-to-day activities, shopping, movies, media, restaurants, and get paid. I know of a few good sites to earn extra money,I had to wade through alot of bad sites to find the good one though lol
