It's called activity point, if you respond to others discussion that point will added up 1 per post. If you can reach total 100 post there will pop up "reputation star" also above your avatar, this reputation star could determine your activity by other members rating, the higher the number means better, start with star number 1 until star number 10. Not only that, if you get more active and reach your 200 point you could add smiley like this inside your post. Still move on, and when you reach 500 you'll get more feature, you could copy and paste into the discussion you post. That's all, so happy myLotting
