wer, or just because want to make somebody to be angry, they will answer with other question.
Of course that is not fair, but what we can do?

Of course, I love to answer questions with another question!!! I usually only do it though when the original question is so dumb or pointless that it does not deserve an answer.
Like when you are at a gas station and the guy behind the counter asks you how your day is going.....THIS PISSES ME OFF!!!! Actually anytime someone I don't know does this it pisses me off!!! There is no chance that the conversation will go anywhere, so what if my day was horrible and I needed to talk about my problems, the guy behind the counter doesn't want to hear about that, he is just making F@$king Chit Chat....F#$k him/her/it whatever. I think polite chit chat should be banned, only ask about someones day when you actually want to know......that was a fun rant. I feel better now!!!!

I want to think that my original question are not dump...well when somebody ask me a question and i want not answer just i will change the topic....but what you say if somebody answer to you, if you ask..."where are you from?" and he will answer.."you first"...this make me crazy really

You are so right! When we ask questions, it's because we want to know the answers. A question asked in response can be incredibly annoying!

That happens sometimes.When the opponent is asking a generalized question we can't give the best answer.So,we want to go deep into what he was really about and for it we have to ask him several questions.With the answers not only us but the questioner could also learn what he really wants to know.So,it is unavoidable in certain circumstances.Cheers!
