How can you be so sure of existing?

Do you have any proof of your existence? Do you think that you exist? What if you don't, will that change your view on life?

Well, We sure are living and watching people dying daily, We even eat and live a life daily! I guess thats proof enough of our existence on earth!! Cheers and happy my lotting

But what if that's all an illusion? What if the things and people around us are made up and aren't real? What if we really are static beings like tables and stones? What if there's no such thing as a consciousness? Thanks for your response!

Arduous question. "I think therefore I am" doesn't prove that one exists. We can prove it from our own perception of reality: I feel pain, hunger, I can't go through walls, I am seen by other people. I do think I exist. But it could well be an illusion or just one form of reality. Even writing this reply to your question doesn't really prove my existence.
