Scam PTC site.

Hi All, Please tell me your experience with this site.I am telling u mine. I signed up with cash mails long time back.their cash out is 20000$.Slowly slowly i could reach the cashout limit by clicking on adds.then i made a payout request then i got message that will we contact you soon.I waited for them but i didnt got any thing in my paypal acc.I mailed them so many times but i didnt got any reply.I am checking my email regularly but i didnt got any mail from them.They have written on their web site maximum they will take one month in payout.Today one month is over but i have not got any mail.And today again i reached to the second payout limit so amde another payout request. Please tell me your experience is this site a scam? their email address is http://www.cashmails.org

Oh Dear. I know I was being overly optimistic when I signed up. Yesterday, their site can no longer be accessed. So I guess, they are unfortunately a huge huge scam. I've also reached my payout and I guess now I have nothing to expect.
