Can you use a traffic exchange for The Examiner?

For people who write for The Examiner, or who know about this, can you tell me whether or not you are allowed to generate traffic to your postings/blog using a manual Traffic Exchange? I tried looking for rules & restrictions, but couldn't find anything. Thanks!

Good question. I have no clue but I don't remember seeing anything against it.
