I have 3 dogs right now and i would not trade them for anything else. The first one i have is a german Shepard mix with newfoundland, the little girl is german shepard and lab and the baby he is schanuzer with rat terrier. All of the are a bundle of fun when they are at the lake. They just love swimming..

Honestly I am a mutt person myself. Both of the dogs I have had in my life have been mutts. They were both the sweetest and smartest dogs I have ever known. After that I love all dogs. I think all dogs of all breeds are wonderful and lovable creatures. I like them big and I like them small I really do love them all.

My favorite is always the type of dog I happen to have. Dogs are individuals and the breed contributes to their personality but there are good and bad within that breed.

Helo.Well,I dont have a good knowledge about the breeds of dogs, beacause I have never had the privilege to own one, though I will love to have one.Its funny to say now, that the only pet I ever had was a small, white rat. I have seen alsatians and pugs, and I love the small white furred ones, which I think are known as pomerenian.Hope Iam not wrong at this.Do you own one?

I have 2 dogs, a bichon frise and a pomeranian. They are both females and I live alone so they are very good companions. They sleep in my room at night in their kennels. My daughter in law thought it would be nice to have a dog after my divorce so she helped me pick out the bichon, and last year I bought the pomeranian at the pet store. As far as the bichon is concerned, it really isn't the one I would have wanted but since she doesn't shet, my daughter in law thought it would be better. Since I have the dogs, I ouldn't trade them for anything. Since I live alone they have become very good comapanions. Have a great day, and happy mylotting.

b]I couldn't pick just one breed. My mutt is my favorite. He is a husky/German shepherd mix. Mutts can often get the best qualities of two or more breeds, and can often get by without the health problems commonly associated with one breed. My dog Link is beautiful, intelligent, and playful. I have found many mixed breeds to be this way. Another advantage to having a mixed breed is that often they are rescued dogs, so you are really helping them out to adopt, and they'll be much less expensive than a purebred!![/b]Happy mylotting
