For ladies, normally we put our cell phones in our handbags when we go out. Some of my female colleagues like to carry their cell phones by hanging around their necks. They were saying that they couldn't hear the phones ringing if they put their cell phones in their handbags. For gentlemen, I observed many put their cell phones in their pants' pockets, be it side pockets or back pockets. Some of them put their cell phones in their shirt pocket, my dad is one of them. On the other hand, my hubby likes to put his cell phone in a cell phone leather case strapped to his belt. So where do you guys put your cell phones when you go out?

I placed it inside my bag's pocket to be sure that it will not get lost due to unavoidable circumstances.

I usually put my cell phone in my handbag or if I don't bring one with me, I'll put it in my pocket. So I can know when it's ringing in my handbag I put the ringer on and vibration mode at the same time, so if I don't hear it, i can feel or see my handbag moving.:)

Hello tuyakiki, thanks for your response again. I also tried to carry my cell phone every time I go out cos you never know you will need it during emergency situation. I will not miss any calls if I put my cell phone in my pocket cos I can feel the vibration. But if I put it in my bag, then I will miss my calls most of the time.....lol

Hello thhoon72,
I used to put my cellphone in my pocket at first, but after losing it, I decided to purchase a leather case and have it strapped to my belt or pants. However this didn't really work out well for me, especially since my shirt is not tucked and thus it would bulge out. Since things are not going to well in my country crime-wise, it would be relatively silly to wear one's cellphone around their neck, unless it is a very cheap, outdated model. I have resorted to placing it in a hip bag, which is quite popular where I live. :)
Happy myLotting!

Hmmm... nowsadays seldom people go out without taking their cell phone with them unless it is like going across the road to the convenient stores only. If there is no pocket and no bag, I think for ladies, we can use a cell phone strap and carry it strapping at our wrist, but for guys, think you have to hold it in your hand which is open to risk of losing or misplacing it.

Normally, I will put my cell phone inside a small case or bag for cell phones and then, place it inside my handbag. It's more convenient, but if I just carry a purse for dinner, I will put the phone inside without the casing. I set the ringing tone together with the vibrating tone so that if I don't hear it ringing, at least I could feel the vibration. As hubby is carrying a bag, and have 2-3 cell phones, I often see him put the important one inside his pocket and the rest inside his bag.

I put my cell phone either in my bag or in my pocket. Most time it gets in my bag especially if its a big bag.

I also carry quite a big bag most of the time. When my cell phone rings, I will have a hard time digging in my big bag o find my cell phone especially the bag did not comes with a smaller compartment for me to put my cell phone. Then I will end up missing most of my calls. Cheers =))

Oh yes, N73 is a good phone. If I have a good and expensive cell phone, I will also take good care of it. My sister got a N95, she also keeps her in a pouch and clean the screen of her phone very often. Currently, I am using a cheap Samsung phone, so I am not so particular about it. Cheers =))

I am a guy so I bought a little cell phone carrier that the cell phone slips into and I wear it on my belt. That makes it handy and easy to answer when it rings. I was keeping it in my shirt pocket before I got the phone carrier but was always afraid of it falling out and losing it when I bent over to pick something up. If my shirt had no pocket I used to keep it in my pants pocket but didn't like carrying it there with all the other stuff in my pockets, change, keys, etc. I didn't want to scratch it up.

Hello greenwizard, my hubby is just like you. He got this cell phone leather case that he straps to his belt. He also don't like to put his cell phone in his pant's pockets cos he said he already got many stuffs in his pockets and he don't like his pockets to look fat.

If your lecturer is kind, then I don't think he will kick a big fuss. But if like me many years back, my cell phone rang during a important meeting with my MD, he told me off straight away in the meeting. I was so embrarrassed and from then on I remembered to switch my cell phone to silent mode whenever I attend meeting. Cheers =))

I put my cell phone in the bag, which has about 8 compartments in and out. One is specially for the cell phone. I will never put it on the neck. However tiny the phone, it weighs much for the neck.

Well Usually when i get out i put my cellphone in my handbag. In case i have some important call.I will turn the voise loudly when i am in some busy shopping centre and situation like that.By the way Cellphone has a lot of radiation if no something special we should keep them away

Yes, I have read about many reports on the harmful radiation from cell phone. That is why it is not encouaged to hang it around your neck cos the cell phone will be near the heart. Many teenagers in my country like to hang their cell phones around their necks with fanciful landyard and accessories. Thanks for your response =))

Hello corrycrystal, I used to be you. But as I always fail to hear my cell phone ringing or realised that my cell phone is ringing very late, it is very inconvenient for me to take the cell phone pouch out then got to take the cell phone out from it. So, by the time I answer the call, it is always too late....hahaha.....
