I have a Dell laptop which I am using at the moment and I also have a samsung netbook and a Dell netbook. They all perform really well but I have alot of software that makes them run well. I think Dell is the best brand out at the moment although I was pleasently surprised by my Samsung netbook.

I am using HCL brand as my laptop. it does not cost me too much but performance wise it is not good also. initially its performance was good, but now after one year it started giving some problems like first the battery back up was reduced to 10 mins then there were problems with the keyboard etc. I think I made a very bad deal in purchasing an HCL laptop. by putting in some 2000 more bucks i could have got a better laptop.

I have a Compaq. It was inexpensive but came with all the standard software such as Word and Excel. It has great resolution and memory.

I use a Toshiba and the performance is good. I liked the Dell better, but this laptop is also really good. I think it is something that I will continue to use for quite some time. I did have a problem where it temporarily wouldnt start a couple of times but it was easily fixable. Overall I liked my Dell better but this laptop is pretty good for the price.

I use HP and have for 14 years, this is my 4th one and I'm a great fan of HPs line of products, I also have a printer and camera. They form the core of my tech experience! I've had a couple jobs that provided laptops and they were Dells and I used to have problems with them and so did the other Techs I worked with. But hey if you like that product, more power to ya! tdemex

I have the Acer Aspire 5920 that has a webcam built in. I love it! It performs really well the only thing is is that I wish that it had more memory. I am storing more pics on it than I ever thought I would, but I am getting ready to remedy that with moving my pictures from my laptop to a flash drive.
