Pregnant Sinus Arrithymia

Hi, I am 7 months pregnant now and about to give a C. section birth on sept 23, 2009. I have told my doctor that I have sinus arrithymia which was only diagnosed after my first baby. I am a little scared when my ob-gyne told me that I have to take an antibiotics 24 hrs before giving birth for my heart. I am worried that it might have side effects on my baby. What am I going to do???
