Captchabucks related problem

Well,I have downloaded the software from their site and made an account with them as well.But,whenever I log in with the software they never show me any captcha images at all.The images keep loading and after some time the software crashes.Can you tell me what is the problem? Also let me know if you know about other good sites where I can earn by entering captchas.
