besides ur preparstion for the exam be confident . confident on your effort and confident on god. of course it is he who is going to make everything success. for bodily strength u can go for vitamins+milk etc., but mentally u should have faith on god. without that nothing is possible have a nice time good luck

study hard for sure, rest enough, and eat nutritious food that you shoul do whenever you face your exam. the last but not least is praying to GOD :)

Well exams are not for getting depression one should prepare a time table in which he should study at least 12hrs...and for brain must drink a glass of MILK daily

I do not think it is advocated to take medicine to boost your brain. You have been reading year long. Solve the questions from model papers and previous year exam papers Ensure all those portions prescribed by the university is covered and you are thorough with answers. Take a note book, write question and below it, write points - with each point you should be able to write 5 to 6 sentences. This is a short cut to review your studies befor e exams.Whatever portions you are not clear, get it clarified by friends/teachers. Keep your mind calm. Donot allow tension to creep in. Do prayers twice a day to calm your mind. Have absolute self confidence in yourself. Face the exam with courage.

It is good to have healthy food during exams.. at the same time have some mental energy by doing meditation, relaxing..
