Do you have a beneficiary? Who did you choose and why? Is it just for your bank account or other stuff as well? I am thinking of arranging at the bank for me to have one in case anything were to ever happen to me. I just clueless on who to trust with my money if it ever came down to it.

I was going to do that for my son but considering he is only two he wouldn't have access right away. Alot of places wait till a certain age. I would want the money to be spent on him but I would have to leave the money to someone who would spend it on him.

jessi..I haven't looked at your profile, for a while, so cannot remember where you live...so can't answer for your area! Have you considered your parents, your siblings, do you have children! In Canada (B.C.) we appoint an Executor in our Wills, and that person is charged with dispensing your will as laid out. The Executor is held to the standards of the will, by a government agent! Possibly discuss this with some-one you trust implicitly! Have a great weekend! Cheers!
