Ultrabux. Scam?

I was going to trade this site with another friend when I noticed that the site had a message for the users. It said that they were selling the site. Now this site does not have more than a few weeks and one of the 3 ads to click is trek pay. I am wondering about that also. This is where I say: Why don´t I stick with my old loves. Clixsense, Worldlinx, clicksia, Linkgrand and so many others that never disappear.
