The Alli program is the first FDA-Approved Weight loss AID. I been taking alli capsules for the last three weeks and I have lost 5 pounds, so far. Is this a good rate for losing weight or im just wasting my time?

If one eats right, and has a steady routine of exercise, the weight will come off steadily. If you take Alli and you don't eat more, but also don't eat less, you'll lose weight still, but not as much and not as fast. I don't think you are wasting your time. I think it is especially helpful for people who can't get a lot of exercise, for healh or time related reasons. Any weight loss is good, so I wish you continued success. : )

Hello , elcome to mylot I never used my friend, am afraid that may do more harm then good, for keeping weight in control i do yogic breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb baba of India, it helps a lot.. why not try that? Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor
