What is the worst injury you've ever had?

When i was in middle school, i was playing basketball in gym. The boys werent sharing the ball with us girls because they said that we didnt know how to play and we would mess everything up. Well, all the girls went to the gym teacher and told, and they told the boys that they had to share with us and let us play too. Well, the boys were mean, and when i wasnt looking, one threw the ball at me, and smacked me right in the face. Well, i fell on the floor, and my face swelled up pretty big. I got sent home from school because i was kind of dizzy, but i was okay. The next morning i woke up and i couldnt move my neck it hurt so bad. Everytime i tried to move it id cry. It ended up i got really bad whiplash and had to wear a neckbrace for 2 weeks. It was so embarrassing because i was in 6th grade with this huge neck brace. What about you? Whats the worst injury youve ever had?

I faced very little accidents thus never had serious injury except the fracture in my left arm.When i was 12years old and I was coming back from school then suddenly i felt from bicycle and my elbow hitted the ground. It was paining just like hell, i was unable to walk then i laid down there and someone took me to home. In x-ray report doctors found a fracture in the arm and they put on plaster for 2 months. That was annoying and worst injury for me.

I played Ice Hockey for 12 years! I've had a broken nose, broken ankle, broken collar bone, numerous stitches in various places on my body. But last October a drunk driver rear ended our vehicle and even though my seat belt was on I got 7 compressed vertebrae and a torn rotator cuff, (my shoulder) the back injury was bad and I too had to wear a brace for 6 weeks, my shoulder still needs surgery, it's $65,000 and she only had $50,000 of insurance! I was going to work in a company rented vehicle, the company is denying I was at work and are fighting with workers comp. mean while I'm in a lot of pain waiting for a decision, this is by far the worse injury I've evr had!

I had a hairline fracture near my ankle. I tripped and fell down the stairs. I blacked out coz it hurt so bad.Luckily, I had 2 friends with me who took me home and from there I was taken to the hospital. I remember it was a sunday, so I had to be taken to the emergency room and the pain was just horrible and so excruciating!
That would definitely be the worst injury I have had. ( Knock on wood).

I was in kinder then, my grand father use to pick me up from school and bring me home using a bike. I have to ride at the back seat as always. I dont know what gotten in to me but as my grand father was busy paddling the bike, I noticed that my feet was vibrating because my shoe is hitting the tires of the bike.. the vibration feels relaxing... out of stupidity, I can get enough of the vibration from the tire so I inserted my entire feet inside... I dont know what Happened after that even up to now... all I know is that I woke up and my mom was asking do you know me now???... I have a scar on my right ankle... I guess that was my worst injury so far.

this is the question that i had my own,there are so many injuries i have in my past so it is very difficult for me to chose one of them.but at the most when i was 10 years old i had a very wast injury that i had never been before or after, it was an accident that makes me very bloody at my whole body.at that time it was a very dangerous situation for my family to because it was a night time when i had an accident at this time most of hospitals were closed so my parent had in great trouble they thought what we had to do now how can we reach the hospital and which should be that hospital?so they are in big trouble.so finally they decide and took me to the hospital and after that i had an operation it took more then two hours and i had a 6 stichiese at my head.so i had more then 1 months to be get well ,so the injury that i had ever in my life was that.

I've never broken any bones, just sprained my pinky finger when I was little, while trying to do a bmx bike trick. But I have sustained a few head injuries that knocked me unconscious for hours at a time. Oh yeah, and I always got smacked square in the face with every ball that was ever thrown at me!

my worst injury was the one when i spend the time going back after neighbouhood girl friend i wasted whole of the time going back of her atlast she changed the house ,my god now i think what a waste of the time it was in my life in this way, more than any other suffering it was the worst injury in my life and more that i had ever day what a waste of my life time all my mistake hope get her soon

That was in 2002, i fell from a mango tree and had a deep cut on my right foot. The cut took 2 months to heal, though months later i still feel pain when i step on rough objects.

My Story Goes Way Long Back To the 90's .. I Was In College , 11th Standard to be Specific .. I Was On A Two Wheeler on the Main road A Car From The Cross Road Hit me From the Side and I Fell Unconscious On the Spot.. I WAS in hospital For More than 3 months .. This is One thing that Am tryin g to forget ... But it Comes Right Back At Me ......... Some THings Are Hard To forget .. But life Goes On .. lol ... Lot More On MyLoT ........

I can't for sure say this was the worse but I will share it anyways. There were so many injuries I had that this one seems to be bad enough. I was riding a horse young male. There was another horse in front of mine who was a female. My brother and smaller sister was riding that one. My horse tried to jump on the rear of the other one. In all the mess which happened so fast my brother and sister were knocked off the horse. I held on as tight as I could but got kicked by one in the leg. I finally jumped off and then when I looked down and realized one had happened I started freaking out. It took months for the bruising to completely disappear. I think almost a whole year. I dont know if it was the most painful injury I ever had though.

i fell on the ground thumb first and it bent back in a awkward position, i thought i heard some kind of rupture inside my thumb, it was painful for sure, later i found out that i tore my ligament.... luckily it was just a partial tear, when i had the injury i thought i had fracture but i had a ligament tear...

I am not quite sure how to rank injuries! So.. it's a toss up. I guess the worst one might have been the head injury requiring over 100 stitches to repair. I was mostly unconscious though. So that's why I am thinking the finger that was stuck bent dislocated... at a 90 degree angle was maybe worse. But the broken ribs hurt forever!!! You pick, I can't decide!
