That's easy. Just watch movies with sub and not dub and you'll eventually learn it. Videogames help too...

My advice is watch American movie and TV series it helps a lot to improve your pronunciation and your vocabulary. Here in the Philippines English is everywhere majority of the Filipino can speak English aside from our language which is Filipino and some of our dialects. We are multilingual although we have many dialects we can understand each other because of Tagalog and English. Reading is also helps aside from watching TV. Filipinos likes to English movies and TV series. I think that's why there are many call centers because we can imitate the accent of the Americans easily. Filipinos have a universal tongue that's why we can learn any languages easily.

Listen to as much English radio programs as possible, like the BBC. You can hear a lot of them online, like the BBC. try here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/ Remember that practice makes perfect, so the more you listen the better yoy will get

I really suggest you to get yourself along with english language every day. Learning language, which is not your first language, might be very difficult. But if you can read English very well, you should be able to listen it. But remember that evryone's accent is different from one to another. Maybe you can socialise yourself with English songs (I mean song in english) or hear daily conversation. I belive that would help.
