Love to hate or hate to love

why do we hate things that is good for us? and why do we love to do things that we know we should not do? Are we just dumb to the fact good things help us live longer. or is it that we just dont care.

i think deep down we all have a rebellious streak that carries on into adulthood.

but we should know once reach athat age that we should spot doing dumb things

yeah but we don't SEE that that is what we are doing :) to us it makes sense at the time. we can talk ourselves into anything :)
